One of the best and least recognized delicacies of Northern Mexico. Chunks of tender Pork, that have been stewed with Chile Ancho, Chile Guajillo, oregano, garlic & hominy.
Chopped onion, cilantro, spicy salsa & lime served on the side, to turn this Traditional Favorite into your own creation.
