peppers, onions and cheese.  Topped with sour cream,
salsa fresca and guacamole.

Sizzling Fajita
Served sizzling hot with sauteed onions, bell peppers, cheese,
salsa fresca, guacamole, Mexican rice and your choice of black,
refried or Cantina beans.  With a side of grilled warm tortillas.

BBQ Shrimp Quesadilla
Black tigger shrimp marinated in our own Cantina BBQ sauce,
then grilled.  Served in a soft flour tomato tortilla
with monterey jack cheese and fresh spinach.
