For centuries the people of Mexico have enjoyed tortillas several times a day. Weather they are the traditional Indian corn tortillas, or the soft flour tortillas developed after the Spanish brought wheat to the New World, these flat round unleavened breads wrap up many popular foods. For decades the Garnica family have been hand making these tortillas.
