about 70 IBU Alcohol 7.1% by weight. Brewed with lots of Centennial and
dry-hopped.

Whale Stout: Our house dark, rich, roasty, smooth, and hoppy. 1990 Silver

Stout: The Stout of Russian Czars! Brewed strong (10 % alcohol) to withstand
the long trip to Moscow from Great Britain. Black, full bodied and very warming. Silver

Porter This medium bodied dark ale attains a light mouthfeel and quick
finish through bitter hopping. Chocolate malt provides the color and flavor. Original

Columbus
IPA This beer is an India Pale Ale! It is the first commercially brewed
beer in the country using Columbus hops. It is very hoppy, aromatic and quite
strong. All hopheads will love it! 3rd Place, Silver Certificate, 1995 California
State Fair Craft Brewers Competition Silver Medal, India Pale Ale, 1995 Great
American Beer Festival Original Gravity 1060. Alcohol 6.0% by weight.

Emerald
Ale: Our most popular seasonal beer, which we originally brewed for St.
Patrick's Day. This is a strong Red Ale. It is full-bodied with the flavor leaning
to the malt. All Centennial hops! O.G. 1.060 Original Gravity 1060. Alcohol
6.0% by weight. Bitterness about 30 IBU's
Triple: This is a pale, high gravity ale, "triple" fermented
with a special Belgian ale yeast. The ale is somewhat estery (fruity) in character
and lightly hopped. Be careful, it's strong! We Recently had to change the
name to "Triple". It Seems that the Law firm that represents the
Belgian Beer industry feels that Americans are too stupid to figure out that
an Oakland Brewery producing a beer in Oakland California is not a beer brewed
in Belgium. Bronze medal winning "Belgian Style"Ale at the 1994
Great American Beer Festival. Gold Medal, Belgian Ale, 1995 Great American
Beer Festival Best Triple in the country! Original Gravity 1080. Alcohol
