we start with a handmade sun dried-tomato tortilla filled with cream cheese, seasonal mixed greens, shredded red cabbage & roasted turkey. we then cut them in 1/2 and arrange them nicely on a tray with some of our Salt & Pepper kettle-cooked chips.
