1. FIRST DEPOSIT (DATE OF THE BANQUET BOOKED).................................$50.00 PER TABLE
2. SECOND DEPOSIT (30 DAYS BEFORE BANQUET DATE)...........................$100.00 PER TABLE
3. CUSTOMERS MUST SELECT THE MENU 30 DAYS BEFORE BANQUET DAY, AND CONFIRM
THE NUMBER OF TABLES ONE WEEK BEFORE.
4. A 15% SERVICE CHARGE APPLIED TO ALL BANQUETS.
5. AFTER 11:00PM THERE WILL BE $150.00 OVERTIME CHARGE FOR EVERY HALF HOUR.
6. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE 120 DAYS PRIOR TO THE BANQUET DATE.
NO REFUND ON DEPOSIT, RESTAURANT CREDIT ONLY, FOR MAXIMUM 2 TIMES.
7. THE FINAL PAYMENT MUST BE PAID OFF ON THE SAME DAY OF THE BANQUET.
8. THE FINAL PAYMENT CAN ONLY BE PAID IN CASH OR CASHIERS CHECK.

9. HOST MUST PAY FOR ALL THE NUMBERS OF TABLE THEY'VE BOOKED.
10.OUR RESTAURANT WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR INJURIES
RESULTING FROM NEGLIGENCE OF HOSTS AND/OR THEIR GUESTS.
