USDA corn-fed beef, our own custom aging process and hand trimming guarantee that this is the “best steak in town!” All entrees served with glazed carrots and your choice of Salt Crusted Baked Potato, French fries, Creamy Mashed Potatoes.


Au Poivre: Each steak ordered “Au Poivre” style at Chops Steakhouse is hand cut to order, encrusted with a peppercorn medley for maximum flavor, then pan roast and finished
with a light cream, brandy, dijon demi glace.

Due to our dry aging process, steak temperatures may appear less cooked than normal beef. Use this guide to assist in your selection:

RARE: red, cool center
MEDIUM RARE: red warm center
MEDIUM: red center
MEDIUM WELL: pink center
WELL: broiled throughout
